Blooms Taxonomy
I first used this in IDT200x.
Blooms Taxonomy is a hierarchical ordering of cognitive skills. Blooms Taxonomy is very useful in creating learning objectives based on the thinking level I would like my participants to apply by the end of the course.
ADDIE Model of Instructional Design
Also used in IDT200x, I've used this mind map adaptation several times when it comes to planning a training course. I update the map when I learn a new concept that could be applied to any of the stages in ADDIE.
